The Website provides general information and allows visitors to contact Pipe Patrol, use informational tools, or request drain and sewer services. Website content and the 60-Second Check do not replace an on-site evaluation, diagnosis, estimate, work authorization, or service agreement.
Service Requests and 24/7 Availability
Pipe Patrol offers 24/7 drain and sewer service based on technician availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Contacting Pipe Patrol does not guarantee that a call will be answered immediately, that a technician will be immediately available, or that service will be provided at a particular time.
After-hours charges will apply to service provided after 5:00 PM on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Services and Limitations
Pipe Patrol specializes in drain and sewer services, which may include drain cleaning, main sewer line cleaning, commercial drain and sewer cleaning, mechanical tree-root cutting/removal when appropriate, preventive maintenance, camera inspections and diagnostics, and sewer line locating when available.
Tree-root cutting is a cleaning service and is not a repair to the pipe condition that allowed roots to enter. Website content should not be interpreted as an offer to perform hydro jetting, sewer excavation, sewer line repair or replacement, trenchless repair/replacement, general plumbing repairs, water-heater service, leak repair, or repiping unless Pipe Patrol expressly agrees to provide a specific service.
60-Second Check
The 60-Second Check provides general guidance based on information supplied by the user. Results are not a diagnosis, guarantee, inspection finding, or professional determination.
Pricing and Scope
Actual pricing and scope may depend on condition, accessibility, location, complexity, time of service, and other circumstances. The approved estimate, authorization, invoice, or other service document controls the specific job.
Separate Service Agreement
Website descriptions and FAQs do not replace a written service authorization, estimate, invoice, or other agreement for a specific job. Job-specific signed agreements control where applicable and permitted by law.
