Professional equipment

Different problems call for different approaches.

Drain and sewer work is not one-size-fits-all. The equipment used depends on the line, the symptoms, access, and what the job calls for.

01

Professional cable equipment

Mechanical drain and sewer cleaning for accessible lines when conventional cable cleaning is appropriate.

02

Flex-shaft technology

High-speed mechanical cleaning that can address buildup and difficult line conditions when the application calls for it.

03

High-speed milling

Specialized mechanical tooling used for demanding work such as the root-removal process shown in our residential field work.

04

Sewer camera inspection

Visual inspection of accessible lines when seeing inside the system can help identify visible conditions and guide the next step.

05

Line locating

Locating capability can help identify the path or position of an accessible sewer line when appropriate to the job.

The goal is not to use the most equipment. It is to use an appropriate process for the problem in front of us.

When roots take hold inside a line

A recurring drain problem at this home led us to roots in the main sewer line. Roots seek moisture and can enter through cracks, loose joints, or other openings. Once inside, they grow and catch debris.

We used a high-speed milling process with flex shaft technology to cut and remove the roots, helping restore flow. Cleaning does not repair their entry point, so a line with known root intrusion should be monitored and may need periodic service based on its condition.

When the usual approach wasn’t enough

This job came from a commercial facility that manufactures foam products. They were dealing with a difficult drain-line problem and had already brought in several other companies, but the line still had not been professionally cleaned and restored the way it needed to be.

We approached the line using professional flex-shaft technology. Rather than simply opening a path through a blockage, the equipment can mechanically clean buildup from the interior walls of the pipe while the work is monitored with camera equipment. Difficult commercial systems sometimes require more than a traditional cable machine and a one-size-fits-all approach.

Our job was not to make bigger promises. It was to bring the equipment, training, and process needed to tackle the problem differently.
