A camera inspection can help reveal visible conditions in an accessible drain or sewer line. It is especially useful when a blockage keeps returning or the cause is unclear.

What a camera can show.

What this service covers.
A camera shows only what is visible in the reachable portion of a line. Standing water, blockage, access, bends, and image quality can limit the inspection. Photos or footage can be provided when usable material is captured.
Before you request service.
What should I tell you before an inspection?
Let us know which fixtures are affected, whether the issue keeps returning, and where the cleanout is if you know. A cleanout is an access opening in the drain or sewer line. If possible, leave space around it so we can assess access. Whether a camera can pass depends on the line’s condition.
What will I learn from the inspection?
We explain the visible conditions in the accessible portion of the line, any limits to the view, and whether cleaning or further evaluation may make sense.
Does a camera inspection find every problem?
No. Visibility and access vary. We explain what the footage shows and what cannot be confirmed from the inspection.
Will I receive footage?
When usable footage or photos are captured, they can be provided to the customer.
