What this service covers.
Cleaning restores flow through a blockage when the line can be accessed and cleared. It does not repair a broken, offset, collapsed, or otherwise damaged sewer pipe. If conditions suggest another issue, we explain the next evaluation to consider.

It is the pipe carrying wastewater from a property’s drains toward the public sewer or a private wastewater system. When it is blocked, more than one fixture may be affected.
What is a cleanout?
A cleanout is an access opening that can let a technician reach a drain or sewer line for cleaning or inspection. If you know where yours is, tell us when you request service.

Does cleaning repair the sewer pipe?
No. Mechanical cleaning addresses a blockage; pipe repair or replacement is separate work.
